Choose the service that best fits the job
Each Southport trade page covers a broad list of related services, so you can quickly see whether the category matches what you need before submitting anything.
How Southport Trades works
Southport Trades is designed to remove some of the ringing around. You can still contact any listed business directly, but the shared enquiry form gives you another route: tell us what you need once and send the same requirement to the participating businesses in that category.
Each Southport trade page covers a broad list of related services, so you can quickly see whether the category matches what you need before submitting anything.
Your name, email, phone and postcode are required. Add a clear summary and useful detail about the work, urgency and access so businesses can judge whether the enquiry suits them.
The enquiry is sent by email. Businesses that opt in also receive a WhatsApp alert, making the opportunity visible even while they are away from the office.
Businesses choose whether to respond. You decide who to speak to, which quotes to obtain and whether to appoint anyone. Southport Trades does not take payment for the work.
Direct contact
Once the enquiry has been delivered, any conversation is directly between you and the participating business. Southport Trades does not add a commission to the job and does not decide who you should appoint.
Your details
The details supplied in the enquiry form are shared only with the participating businesses in the relevant category. Lead records are also automatically deleted after the configured retention period.
WhatsApp matters here
Email remains part of every lead delivery. WhatsApp is the optional instant alert layer for participating businesses, with a secure link back to the full enquiry rather than exposing all customer details in the notification itself.
Southport Trades provides the introduction. The customer and business agree the work directly.
